ABOUT
PENNY POUND ICE

Cozy restaurant with wooden furniture, round tables, leather chairs, and warm wall lighting.

It all began at The Varnish. Eric Alperin and Cedd Moses wanted to create an ice program for their cocktail bar, and in doing so, created an ice company.

Why?

Because big ice makes a better drink. Slower dilution rate. Colder drink overall. And really sexy to look at…they say “you eat with your eyes first.”
